Review PreflightTerms of use

These terms cover your use of the Review Preflight app ("the app") from Swift AppGen Solutions ("we"). By using the app you agree to them.
Information only
Review Preflight gives general, paraphrased guidance to help you prepare for app review. It does not guarantee approval, is not legal advice, and is not affiliated with Apple or Google. Always check the current official guidelines.
Your data
Your information stays on your device and you are responsible for it, including backups. See the privacy policy.
Review Preflight Plus
Plus is available as a yearly auto-renewing subscription ($9.99/year) or a one-time lifetime purchase ($24.99). Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement (EULA) also applies to iOS users.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law or to harass anyone. Don't reverse-engineer or resell it.
No warranty; limits
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or decisions made using the app. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
