Cancel PathTerms of use

These terms cover your use of the Cancel Path app ("the app") from Swift AppGen Solutions ("we"). By using the app you agree to them.
Information only
Cancel guides and scripts are general help, checked by hand and dated. Companies change their menus and policies; always follow what their own site shows. You cancel directly with the company or store; we never act on your behalf. Not legal or financial advice. Company names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify their services.
Your data
Your information stays on your device and you are responsible for it, including backups. See the privacy policy.
Cancel Path Plus
Plus is a one-time, non-consumable purchase ($2.99) charged to your store account at confirmation. There is no subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement (EULA) also applies to iOS users.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law or to harass anyone. Don't reverse-engineer or resell it.
No warranty; limits
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or decisions made using the app. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
