Party BriefTerms of use

These terms cover your use of the Party Brief app ("the app") from Swift AppGen Solutions ("we"). By using the app you agree to them.
Information only
Food math, budgets and timelines are rough guides. Check allergies and dietary needs with each family; check venue and park rules yourself. Party Brief is a planning aid, not a professional event or food-safety service.
Your data
Your information stays on your device and you are responsible for it, including backups. See the privacy policy.
Party Brief Plus
Plus is an auto-renewing subscription ($4.99 per month or $19.99 per year) charged to your store account at confirmation. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement (EULA) also applies to iOS users.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law or to harass anyone. Don't reverse-engineer or resell it.
No warranty; limits
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or decisions made using the app. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
