The short version

Whistle Log keeps your log on your device. We don't have accounts, servers, ads, analytics or trackers, so we never receive your games, fees, places or reports.

What the app stores

Your name (optional), the sports you officiate, games (date, level, role, payer, venue, fee, miles, expenses, notes), incidents you record, saved places and payers, and settings. This data is stored locally on your device (on the web, in your browser's local storage) and is removed when you use Settings › Sample & reset › Erase all data or uninstall the app.

What leaves your device

Only what you choose to share: when you tap Share, Back up or Send, the text or file goes to the app you pick (Messages, Mail, Files and so on). We don't see it.

Purchases

Whistle Log Plus is sold by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). They process payment and tell the app whether Plus is active. We don't receive your payment details. See Apple's and Google's privacy policies.

Children

Whistle Log is for adult officials. It is not directed at children and doesn't collect personal information from them. Match reports may mention a player's number; that stays on your device unless you share it.

Your choices

You can view, edit, back up or delete all data in the app at any time. Because we hold no copy, we can't recover data you delete or lose with a device; please keep a backup.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
