Terms of use
Effective 24 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the Whistle Log app ("the app") from Swift AppGen Solutions ("we"). By using the app you agree to them.
A personal log, not tax or legal advice
Whistle Log helps you record games, fees and miles. Totals, mileage values and the 1099 check are estimates to help you and your tax preparer; they are not tax advice. Check the current IRS rate and your own records. Whistle Log is not connected to any assignor, league or governing body.
Your data
Your information stays on your device and you are responsible for it, including backups. See the privacy policy.
Whistle Log Plus
Plus is offered as a yearly auto-renewing subscription and as a one-time lifetime purchase, through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement (EULA) also applies to iOS users.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to break the law or to harass anyone. Don't reverse-engineer or resell it.
No warranty; limits
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or decisions made using the app. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
